About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity for an Awards Assistant to join our Academic Registry Department who are responsible for the administration of student's enrolment through to final award confirmation.

You will be assisting the team during busy assessment and graduation periods, providing administrative support to the Awards Team.

As you will be assisting with a key University ceremonial event, it is important you are positive, pleasant and professional whilst dealing with all enquiries.


About You

As Awards Assistant - Academic Registry, you will have:

  • Experience of using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience of working within an administrative based role.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills both verbal and written.
  • Maintain a positive, pleasant, and professional approach when interacting with both staff and students.
  • Excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy throughout.
