Your new roleThis is a vital role working closely with a very senior member of the team in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. This role has the incredible opportunity to gain amazing experience in a unique role, with a variety of responsibilities. Working so closelywith this senior team member will allow you to support the running of the whole business on a day-to-day basis. Owning and driving forward strategic initiatives, you will act as a senior figure, advising different business areas and presenting/reporting updatesto the senior leadership team. As part of this role you will also be proactively managing the governance landscape, ensuring a high standard of reporting across the business and effective management and reporting of risk/compliance and audit issues/assessments.
What you'll need to succeedIf you're a dynamic individual who is able to build strong relationships across a business then this role could be perfect for you. You will have experience within the financial services and/or wealth management industry with an understanding of and prior exposureto governance, operational/enterprise risk and compliance. You will be analytical with great attention to detail and have an action orientated approach. You have a high level of problem solving skills and are able to manage competing priorities under pressure.
What you'll get in returnThis role offers a hybrid working environment with a salary of £60000 to £80000 dependent on experience.
