Compensation: £12-£13 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Logging Breakdowns and Faults:
- Handle incoming requests related to electric vehicle (EV) charging points.
- Register breakdowns, faults, and service requests promptly in the CRM system.
- Assign priority and categories based on urgency and severity.
- Customer Communication:
- Interact with customers via email.
- Give timely updates on case status, including estimated resolution times.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Documentation:
- Keep precise records of customer interactions.
- Record troubleshooting steps, solutions, and additional details in the system.
- Prepare reports for management when needed.
- Quality Assurance:
- Follow up with customers post-issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role is desirable.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adept at using CRM systems like Salesforce.
