Location: Stowmarket

Duration: 3 months (Possibility of Extension)

Compensation: £12-£13 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Logging Breakdowns and Faults:
    • Handle incoming requests related to electric vehicle (EV) charging points.
    • Register breakdowns, faults, and service requests promptly in the CRM system.
    • Assign priority and categories based on urgency and severity.
  • Customer Communication:
    • Interact with customers via email.
    • Give timely updates on case status, including estimated resolution times.
    • Address customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Documentation:
    • Keep precise records of customer interactions.
    • Record troubleshooting steps, solutions, and additional details in the system.
    • Prepare reports for management when needed.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Follow up with customers post-issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role is desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Adept at using CRM systems like Salesforce.
    • Capable of effectively troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Any relevant certifications related to EV charging systems are a plus but not mandatory.
