We are partnered with a large public sector organisation based in the centre of Newport to recruit a customer service administration on full time temp contract, the organisation is reputable employer across the UK and have a good reputation for looking after their staff.

Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities

  • Capture and digitise information as part of a process.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customers.
  • Manage customer expectations, interact, and always display professionalism.
  • Adhere to the Quality Framework, ensuring performance targets are met daily and accuracy targets are achieved.
  • Manage challenging situations always displaying professionalism Work as part of a team and also work independently managing your time appropriately, working efficiently at all times.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
  • Basic IT skills, as appropriate systems training will be provided
  • Effective problemsolving skills and be a team player who constantly displays commitment and flexibility.
  • Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • The ability to deliver a highquality and caring customer service in a professional and timely manner, creating trust and confidence.
