About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at W P Recruitment & HR Ltd. as a Contact Centre Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and complaints to the highest standard.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service experience in an office-based environment, with a proven track record of resolving complaints and issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Good administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in computerised systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including day and night shifts.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour worked during day shifts and £15.21 per hour worked during night shifts.
