Finance Administrator

We are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our clients busy team based in Lichfield on a permanent basis.
Our client is a well established business, providing high quality services to their customers.The role will involve:
- Managing and maintaining financial records
- Performing credit control processes
- Preparing financial statements
- Analysing financial data.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment collection
- Handle customer queries and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller / Finance Administrator
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and processes
- Proficiency in using Sage 50 accounting software
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Professional qualification in finance, AAT 2/3 Qualification (preferred), or credit control (preferred)
Working hours:
