We are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our clients busy team based in Lichfield on a permanent basis.

Our client is a well established business, providing high quality services to their customers.

The role will involve:

  • Managing and maintaining financial records
  • Performing credit control processes
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Analysing financial data.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment collection
  • Handle customer queries and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Credit Controller / Finance Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and processes
  • Proficiency in using Sage 50 accounting software
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Professional qualification in finance, AAT 2/3 Qualification (preferred), or credit control (preferred)

Working hours:
