St Andrews Links is a dynamic organisation responsible for the world's most renowned public golf complex.

Recognised around the world as the Home of Golf, St Andrews Links is home to the world's most famous Links; the Old Course; six other award winning courses, a state of the art Golf Academy, three Clubhouses and five retail stores.


  • Provide a sales service to customers ensuring service levels and sales targets are achieved.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the sales budget by taking a proactive approach towards selling.
  • Participate in training sessions to ensure appropriate knowledge is gained in all retail disciplines.
  • Develop thorough product knowledge in order to identify specific features relevant to the visitor experience.
  • Merchandising of stock following agreed procedures/layout.
  • Follow the appropriate security procedures at all times to protect staff, stock and cash.
  • Cleaning and housekeeping duties.
  • Ensure standards of customer care are met and maintained at all times.
  • To be aware of and compliance with Health and Safety policy and procedures.
  • Any other duties that may be required.
