Administrative Assistant required Part-time Monday-Friday to become a key member of a small team in a challenging and interesting role in a specialist product technology company.

Paint Test Equipment is a global leader in the manufacture of specialist test equipment.

This position is 5 days/27.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm, plus cover when required. Hours negotiable.

Pay range £14 to £16 per hour dependent on skills and experience.

Free on-site private parking.

Key responsibilities of the role:
- sales order processing via SAGE accounting system in various currencies
- generation of Certification via a Cloud-based system
- organising delivery and export of orders to Customers worldwide
- accounting and banking administration

  • Supplier purchase orders etc processing
- all-round administration.

Essential skills, experience and qualities required:


  • must be numerate (adept at percentages/foreign currency conversions, etc)
- recent experience of SAGE or possess transferable skills in a similar accounting system
- good IT skills
- accuracy essential
- strong organisation and communication skills
- must be confident in your ability as this is a fast-paced role
- must be committed to this role
- must be reliable, punctual
- pleasant manner.
