Administrative Assistant required Part-time, 4 days per week (Tuesday-Friday or Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday), to become a key member of a small team in a challenging and interesting role in a specialist product technology company.
Paint Test Equipment is a global leader in the manufacture of specialist test equipment.
This position is 4 days/28 hours per week (Tuesday-Friday or Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday) 9am-4.30pm plus cover when required.
Pay range £13 to £15 per hour dependent on skills and experience.
Free on-site private parking.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- sales order processing via SAGE accounting system in various currencies
- generation of Certification via a Cloud-based system
- organising delivery and export of orders to customers worldwide
- accounting and banking administration
- processing Supplier purchase orders
- all-round administration.
Essential skills, experience and qualities required:
Must be numerate (adept at percentages/foreign currency conversions, etc)
- good IT skills
- accuracy essential
- strong organisation and communication skills
- must be confident in your ability as this is a fast-paced role
- must be committed to this role
- must be reliable, punctual.
Job Types:
