Overview:

This role is to assist our Accounts Manager. We are currently looking to recruit a part time accounts assistant to join our busy team. Hours available are up to 20 hours a week, some flexibility on days.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Whilst the exact responsibilities will vary the main duties of the Accounts Assistant can be summarised as follows:_
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Credit control.
  • Processing supplier/customer invoices.
  • Processing payments.
  • Dealing with client/supplier and staff queries.
  • General office adhoc project /administration.
  • Experience in the hospitality sector would be advantageous.

Skills:

  • Microsoft including excel
  • Working knowledge of Xero accounting software essential
  • Experience in the events industry an advantage but not essential.
  • Good communication skills

Salary:

DOE
