About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at Oculus Legal Group. As a key member of our Conveyancing team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Fee Earners in handling a high volume of transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and third parties, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Chase and obtain various documentation, ID, mortgage offers, and searches to ensure smooth transaction progression.
  • Update case management systems and third-party websites in real-time to maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure our clients and introducers receive the best possible service at all times.
  • Prepare required documentation for the conveyancing process, including completion packs for the accounts department.
  • Deal with post-exchange matters as directed by your team manager.
  • Be responsible for completions on the day of completion.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High personal standards of work and attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 18 months experience within Conveyancing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to speak to people on the phone.
