Job Description:


As a Mental Health Support Worker at Saint Pauls Healthcare Ltd, you will be integral to providing compassionate care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Your role will involve working closely with a dedicated team to improve the mental well-being and recovery of our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic and personcentered support to individuals with mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Maintain a therapeutic environment that promotes client wellbeing and recovery.
  • Facilitate group and individual sessions addressing various mental health concerns.
  • Monitor, document, and report on client progress, ensuring precise and timely recordkeeping.
  • Coordinate comprehensive care by liaising with external agencies and professionals.


Requirement:


  • Essential: Relevant experience in mental health support.
  • Mandatory: Must hold PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Empathy, patience, and a supportive approach to client care.
