Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff and partners.
- Collaborate with our team to design and implement support services that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Provide coaching and guidance to individuals struggling with trauma-related mental health issues.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote a culture of safety and respect.
- Proven experience in training and education, preferably in a mental health or trauma-related field.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and its application in a support services setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to travel across West Mercia and work in a hybrid environment.
- A competitive salary of £29,439 - £32,020.
- A 37.5-hour working week.
- A hybrid working arrangement that balances flexibility with the need for face-to-face interaction.
