Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff and partners.
  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement support services that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to individuals struggling with trauma-related mental health issues.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote a culture of safety and respect.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in training and education, preferably in a mental health or trauma-related field.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and its application in a support services setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel across West Mercia and work in a hybrid environment.
