About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Worcestershire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs to develop their skills and live more independently in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with daily living tasks to promote independence and achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to develop and implement support plans, including risk assessments and regular reviews.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to customers, promoting a positive and empowering environment.
  • Work flexibly across the Worcestershire service, including in Supported Accommodation Services, Community Properties, and customers' own homes.
  • Use technology to update support plans, complete online learning, and collaborate with colleagues.
