HR PARTNERING

  • Play as a trusted advisor for leadership on the management of their talent.
Such as skills gaps and development needs, team organization succession planning as well as be the go to person for guidance and coaching on people issues, including conflict resolution

  • Play an active role as company culture ambassador and company representative internally and externally
  • Play an active role in clusters' management team
Manage qualitative HR communication for his/her scope

  • Manage Talent Management processes locally and work on/use succession plans and employees next steps
  • Ensure a first in class entrance and departure management (from the offer to the exit interview) according to regional policies and tools
  • Yearly engagement surveys : play an active role in encouraging participation, running workshops based on results and proposing HR improvements

RECRUITMENT

  • Organize and manage trainings locally to meet development needs identified (learn on the job, mentorship, external trainings) according to group and regional policies and tools
You are a seasoned HR professional with a significant experience in HR Management ideally acquired in an international and fast paced environment in a generalist HRBP role,

  • You have proven skills on being multi tasking from operations to strategy : organizing HR operations with rigour and high attention to details while bringing ideas and propositions to Cluster MT
  • Fluent English, French will be a plus.
