The post-holder will be required to provide secretarial, administrative and business support to the Head of Service plus the Technical Management Team.

You will therefore require excellent organisational skills and be proficient in the use of MS Office Applications. You also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a requirement to use discretion at all times


You will work with mínimal supervision and have the ability to respond to conflicting demands from team members, use your own initiative, and make a positive contribution to the teams overall objectives.


Knowledge of secretarial and administrative procedures and systems acquired through training and experience to SVQ / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is essential.

The hours are worked Monday to Friday - 5
