Overview:


We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to elderly residents in our care home setting.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individual care plans for residents
  • Drive the delivery of exceptional care services in accordance with established protocols
  • Provide leadership and guidance to care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained
  • Utilise IT systems effectively to record and update resident information
  • Oversee daily operations within the care home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Supervise and support junior care staff in their roles

Skills:

  • Proven experience in senior care or a similar role within a care home setting
  • Ability to create and implement effective care plans tailored to individual resident needs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with residents and their families
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team of care staff
  • Proficient in IT systems used for recording resident information
