About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Making Space, a leading provider of care services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with personal care, including hygiene, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to help individuals build their confidence and self-esteem
  • Support individuals in achieving their individual goals and aspirations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
