Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential care and support to service users, including personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration.
  • Support service users with their daily routines, including helping them engage in their favourite hobbies and community activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care is delivered to service users.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
  • 3 months previous care experience.
  • Personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
