Job Title: Healthcare Assistant - Complex Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Runcorn. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing essential care to our service users within their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality care to adults with long-term, life-limiting conditions
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration
  • Support service users with complex care needs, including spinal injury care, motor neurone disease, and non-invasive ventilation
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and our team
Requirements:
  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Vaccinated against COVID-19
