As a Contracts Manager atIndustrial Facades Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the contractualaspects of our construction projects. You will play a pivotal role in managingand administering contracts to ensure their successful execution.
Your responsibilities willinclude:
Reviewing andnegotiating contractual terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with legalrequirements and protecting the interests of Industrial facades LTD.
Collaborating withinternal stakeholders, including project managers, legal teams, and financedepartments, to provide guidance and support throughout the contract lifecycle.
Managing andmonitoring contract performance, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms, andaddressing any deviations or issues that may arise.
Identifying andmitigating contractual risks, proactively implementing measures to protect thecompany's financial and operational interests.
Maintaining accurateand organised contract documentation, tracking key milestones, deliverables,and deadlines.
Building andmaintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers toensure collaborative and successful project delivery.
Staying updated onindustry trends, regulations, and best practices related to constructioncontracts
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager orin a similar role within the construction industry, demonstrating expertise inmanaging construction contracts
- In-depth knowledge ofconstruction contracts, including contract law, regulations, and industrystandards
- Strong negotiationand communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influencestakeholders effectively
- Excellent analyticaland problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and theability to identify and mitigate risks
- Ability to workindependently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-pacedconstruction environment
- Proficiency incontract management software and tools
