Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership and Strategy: Plan and execute a comprehensive digital marketing and sales strategy to achieve business objectives. B2B sales operations, including outreach, meeting scheduling, negotiation, and closing deals with key clients. Utilize digital tools and platforms to track sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO to enhance product features and shape the strategic roadmap for evolving the product offerings across our two digital brands. Incorporate feedback from customers and market research to inform product development decisions.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and manage a growing sales team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals. Foster a culture of success, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to develop their skills and careers.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Effectively communicate the value of products and services to prospective clients. Collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams to ensure client needs are met with precision and professionalism.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Regularly report to senior management on sales results, market conditions, and new opportunities for expansion or improvement. Stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and optimize sales tactics.

Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in digital sales, preferably in a related industry. Background in digital marketing and B2B sales, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in product development, including collaborating with executive-level management to strategize and execute product visions. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and leading a remote team. Proficiency in CRM software, sales management tools, and analytics platforms.
