New Build Manufacturing Plant

£450 per day, outside IR35


An esteemed main Contractor has won several packages of work on a £150 Million new build project in South Yorkshire.

You will be working on 55,000 square meters of manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, testing and offices. This main contractor has won packagesof works within Civil Engineering.

The project in its entirety will be split into two phases with phase 1 to begin in the coming months.


With Pre-Construction nearing completion they are looking for someone to begin in the coming weeks, however if the right person was to become available sooner this company would be flexible.


This £150 Million new build Manufacturing facility is a flagship piece for Client and will establish them as a leading figure in their field in the UK.

You will use your expertise within delivering large scale Civil Engineering projects extensively on this project. Ideally similar packages of work to a value of £10 Million or more.

NEC 3 or 4 contract experience is preferred due to the large amount of companiesthat are involved in this project.


Working hand in hand with Client hand Consultancies alike you will use your strong stakeholder management experience to steer the Civil Engineering arm of this project to success.


This is a long term contract which has an initial 18 month length with serious possibilities of extension as the project is scheduled to reach completion in late 2024.
