About the Role:


In the capacity of HVAC Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Director to oversee and manage projects valued at up to £400k.

Your duties will encompass supervising subcontractors, engaging with clients, contributing to design and cost estimation, and managing everyday tasks to support the organization.

This position presents a distinctive chance to advance into a more senior role, granting you the independence to operate autonomously while working alongside senior management to enhance business operations and foster growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HVAC projects with budgets up to £400k
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and engineers
  • Communicate with clients to ensure project specifications are fulfilled
  • Engage in the design of solutions and prepare cost estimates
  • Create Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate closely with commercial clients
  • Assist in daily business operations

Requirements:

  • Mechanical expertise within HVAC building services
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects up to £400k
  • Proven track record in managing engineers and subcontractors
  • Involvement in design and estimation processes
  • Proficiency in producing RAMS and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards
  • Strong client communication skills
  • Relevant industry qualifications
  • CAD proficiency is advantageous
