THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated Metering & Billing team, as a Billing Advisor. Billing our customers on time and accurately is critical to our success.

We are looking for someone who really understands how to connect with customers and colleagues to successfully deliver daily billing processes.

Ideally with a background in customer service and knowledge of billing systems, you will know what it takes to make sure the billing operation meets the needs of our customers.


As a non-external customer facing function, our main role is to bill our Water & Sewerage accounts for our customers.

  • An excellent communicator, resolving customer billing issues, ensuring customers are kept up to date with excellent customer service.
  • An eye for detail, supporting the ongoing development and testing of billing and customer experience systems.
  • Educated to a minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent and/or high level of appropriate experience.
  • Billing systems experience would be desirable.
