Key Role and Responsibilities

  • Supporting the smooth running of the office by carrying out clerical tasks and projects.
  • Provide administrative support to those working at the office
  • Typing up documents
  • Responding to business enquires and providing customer service.
  • Greet visitors and direct to the relevant departments.
  • Create and update shared folders and MS Teams.
  • Archive historical information in a clear and systematic manner.
  • Set up and update hard and electronic copies of folders including scanning and photocopying documentation.
Expected Hours: 9:30 -2:30
