- Supporting the smooth running of the office by carrying out clerical tasks and projects.
- Provide administrative support to those working at the office
- Typing up documents
- Responding to business enquires and providing customer service.
- Greet visitors and direct to the relevant departments.
- Create and update shared folders and MS Teams.
- Archive historical information in a clear and systematic manner.
- Set up and update hard and electronic copies of folders including scanning and photocopying documentation.
