We are seeking an Administrator to join our dynamic and caring team at Drovers Call Care Home. You must be confident, organised, efficient and able to communicate and build excellent, professional relationships at all levels.

Duties Include:

  • Assist and support the Manager in all administrative aspects in the Home.
  • Promote a positive image for residency and employment with the Home.
  • Support the implementation of the Home's policies and procedures.
  • Ensure effective management of staff files
  • Manage the policy reading list and distribute to staff
  • Manage the staff training
  • Moving and handling train the trainer
  • Lead on recruitment
  • Right to work checks
  • DBS document checks
  • DBS checks and NMC checks
  • Manage uniform procurement
  • Residents funds and petty cash management
Training will be provided as appropriate to the right applicant.

In this vacancy you will be expected to work 5 of 7 days weekly. Some weekends will be required as determined by the home manager.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
