It's a busy and exciting time for the brand and we're on the hunt for a Talent & Influencer Executive to join our growing Brand & Marketing team.

The role in a nutshell...

This role supports the delivery and execution of all paid talent & influencer activity at New Look.

We're looking for someone obsessed with fashion, social media, and talent/influencer trends - with skills in negotiation and influencer campaign planning.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the Influencer Manager in planning and execution of talent and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Identifying relevant influencers for New Look, considering factors like audience demographics, engagement, and brand fit.
  • Support the Influencer Manager in budget tracking, contacting influencers, negotiating partnerships, and nurturing talent and agency relationships.
  • Work with the Influencer Assistant to provide clear and comprehensive briefs to influencers, outlining campaign objectives, messaging, and creative direction.
  • Work with the Influencer Assistant to review content created by talent and influencers to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and objectives before publishing.
  • Work with the Influencer Assistant to ensure all influencer partnerships comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, such as disclosure requirements for sponsored content.
  • Support and manage the Influencer Assistant, providing guidance and assistance in their daily tasks.
  • Support and attend events related to Influencer campaigns meet ups, launch events, content trips etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions, analysing data to evaluate effectiveness and curating weekly & monthly reports.
  • Working closely with crossfunctional teams such as marketing, social media, and creative departments to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with the PR team across organic influencer gifting activity.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in influencer marketing to continuously improve strategies.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and relevant industry trends, events, and opportunities to appropriate teams.

What we'd like from you...

  • Previous experience within an influencer marketing role or similar.
  • Strong interest in and knowledge of the fashion industry and key talent and influencers.
  • Awareness of trends and the everchanging social landscape.
  • Ability to act with pace.
  • Experience with contracting, negotiations, and budget management preferred but not essential.
