We are Kairos, a social-first creative and creator agency with over 100 digital and social natives in offices in London, Manchester, and New York.
Through our roots in gaming, we have built a deep understanding of Culture, Communities, and Creators. We leverage this daily to help our clients tap into audiences in ways that actually connect and cut through.
We think the advertising industry has been slow to adapt to significant shifts in consumer behaviour, not really understanding how audiences navigate the fragmented digital world. Many agencies cling to outdated methodologies that no longer deliver the desired impact. Kairos EMEA operates a hybrid culture in our London and Manchester offices, as we understand the value of both home and in-office working. We expect office attendance at least two days per week but encourage three, as we believe it strikes the right balance between quiet, focused work, teamwork, collaboration, and a healthy company culture.

The role:
Do you love creating connections? We're on the hunt for a vibrant and go-getting Influencer Account Executive to join our superstar team Dive into the world of influencer marketing, where you'll manage exciting creator partnerships, spearhead industry-leading campaigns, and foster meaningful relationships with both influencers and top-tier clients. You'll collaborate with some of the most iconic brands in the lifestyle space to create iconic cultural moments.
- Supporting Influencer Managers and Influencer Leads with the day-to-day running of your accounts, with a focus on client and project management
- Working with the accounts, creative, strategy and social teams to deliver best-in-class work
- Cultivate strong, authentic relationships with influencers through regular communication and engagement.
- Assisting with general client management and communication
- Assisting with creative influencer campaign ideation, pitches and strategies alongside wider internal teams
- Negotiate influencer contracts and manage agreements to ensure win-win partnerships.
- Manage campaign budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Plan and coordinate influencer events, including product launches, brand activations, and other promotional activities.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using key metrics and data-driven insights.
- Provide regular performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media or Digital Marketing
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns, preferably within the lifestyle sector.
- Strong cultural understanding of the space for creator sourcing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Enthusiastic about the creator economy and the evolving world of influencer marketing.
- Understand Influencer Marketing and Social Metrics (Impressions / Reach / Engagements).
