An academy on the outskirts of South East London seek an experienced HR Advisor to join them on a temporary basis.


  • The hours for the role are and is based full time onsite._

Key duties:

  • Provide advice on all aspects of HR practice, developments and legislation
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff questions about HR policies and procedure
  • Supporting with employee relation caseloads
  • To produce appropriate HR reports (sickness, vacancy levels, turnover etc.)
  • Manage and update school HR documents
  • Keep records in accordance with the school's record retention schedule and data protection law,
ensuring information security and confidentiality at all times

  • Monitor entries into the single central record, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and
local requirements

  • Oversee the recruitment process
  • Managing and overseeing onboarding and new starter inductions
  • Supporting absence management processes and reports
  • To assist with support to the administration team as required
