Flint Insurance (part of Brown & Brown Europe) an experienced and established insurance broker are currently looking for an experienced commercial motor fleet insurance broker to join their forward thinking team in Orpington.

You will be working in the Commercial Motor Fleet New Business team handling all Motor Fleet business, liaising with insurers and clients.

The company is looking to the future and prides itself on having a market leading client service model and a long list of insurers and products it can access.

The office team consists of some of the best insurance minds and personalities in the area.
New Business development, including quotation and binding cover
Data input
Maintaining a complete and comprehensive training record
Sharing ideas or suggestions for business improvement with management Advising manager of any backlog in work in a timely manner
Bonus Structure
Wide range of additional addon benefits and discounts (Pension, Holiday etc)
Commercial motor fleet insurance broking experience
Good understanding of commercial motor insurance products and options
Acturis insurance broking software knowledge is an advantage
Possession of a full driving licence
