Insurance Account Manager

At Lawes Insurance Recruitment, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's growth and profitability goals by developing new and existing sales and accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other business development activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity to ensure the firm remains competitive.
- Minimum of two years' experience in commercial broking or a related field.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services, including technical and market knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
