**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Salus Insurance Services Inc. as an Account Executive. This is a hybrid working role that requires 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the continued servicing of the current portfolio of clients in the US, UK, Israel, Hong Kong, and Australia.
- Work alongside the dedicated broking and claims teams to prepare formal quotes, contract documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and improve wordings, ensure compliance, and prepare supporting documentation such as spreadsheets to track complex placements.
- Manage allocated account list, maintain files and systems in accordance with the clients' guidelines.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure premiums are received and paid, and load placements onto PPL.
- Tailor solutions for clients and producers, and assist in preparing formal quotes and contract documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in Professional Liability/E&O, preferably in the lawyers/architects/engineer classes.
- Knowledge of the wider London, US, and international E&O environment.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and understanding of insurance regulatory environment.
