The role is

  • This role will provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the People team.

Team Hybrid Working Style

  • We are very proud to offer one of the most flexible hybrid working arrangements in the industry
  • The expectation for this role, will involve a minimum of one day each month working out of our London Bridge office.

Key responsibilities

HR Administration

  • Provide great customer service to both Liverpool and London employees for example respond to general queries received from the shared inbox in a timely manner, escalate as and when necessary
  • Act as first point of contact for all people related queries when in the office, escalate as and when necessary
  • Drafting and producing paperwork for example letters or contracts of employment
  • Supporting organisational changes, for example people initiatives, team meetings, away days, team building, people Connect, huddles meetings
  • Align the folders/files within the shared drive to the agreed structure
  • Support the people and talent team with administrative tasks and processes or any other ad hoc duties as necessary, for example People projects

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Supporting the talent team on a seamless end to end onboarding process for all new starters for example conducting background screening, updating records, chasing for information
  • Support the talent team by using the Recruitment system 'Lever', training to be provided.

Offboarding

  • Supporting the team in the leavers process preparing paperwork, setting up exit interviews with leaving employees.
  • Calculate outstanding annual leave entitlements
  • Confirm if a loan repayment schedule is in place
  • Process leavers in HR system on time

HR, L&D Systems and Payroll

  • Provide cover to the people officer with keeping the HRIS updated and accurate, including keying the monthly payroll changes
  • Administrating the learning management System ensuring all colleagues have the right training assigned to them (training on technology provided)
