People Administration Manager

We are seeking an experienced People Administration Manager to join our HR team within a leading UK charity. As a key member of our People & Organisational Development directorate, you will lead an existing team of People Coordinators and ensure our People Operations team provides high-quality, accurate, and proactive administrative services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, monitor, and develop administration procedures and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as the escalation point for complex administration or onboarding queries and take personal responsibility to ensure resolution.
- Develop quality control measures to ensure the integrity of data and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with business areas, including Payroll, People Systems, Resourcing, People Business Partners, and Employee Relations, to provide administrative support and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Solid current employment law knowledge and confidence in HR best practice.
- Ability to offer pragmatic solutions and lead by example.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
