A luxury beauty brand is seeking a dedicated People and Development Manager to be based in London. As People and Development Manager, you will support the management of all aspects of the Company's Human Resources function, providing guidance, creating solutions and initiatives to help the business achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Transactions & Administration: Manage third-party service providers, generate reports using PeopleHR data, guide employees and managers on PeopleHR and HR transactions, streamline HR administration and online processes, administer benefits package.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Ensure legal compliance in recruitment practices, support with recruitment, build relationships with recruitment agencies, support new hires throughout probation and beyond.
- Learning & Development: Facilitate annual performance reviews, conduct management training on policies and skills.
- Employee Relations: Support employee relations cases, track employee relations progress, manage maternity and leave cases.
- Payroll Administration & Submission: Compile monthly payroll data, prepare payroll data for submission, access and analyse payroll reports, respond to employee payroll inquiries.
Requirements: CIPD Level 5 qualification, experience within the beauty sector, strong numerical and literacy skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, flexible and proactive approach to work, aligned with the company's values.
