Pa/ Receptionist

Provide administrative support to the director and management team, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and preparing agendas
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels
Maintain the organisation's calendar and schedule appointments
Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
Experience in an administrative or PA role
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Must have flexibility to meet the needs of the Director
This is a part time position, 25-30 hours.
