At the forefront of transforming bank-wide Operations models, the Strategic Partnership Capability team, in collaboration with customer, transformation and enabling and control functions, seeks to source and introduce third party operations specialists who, in partnership, will enable Santander UK to develop new people and technology solutions and capacity to drive customer process simplification, business growth, resilience and cost reduction.
The Strategic Partnership Capability team are responsible for the identification of new outsourcing opportunities, supporting operations and change management teams to mobilise initiatives and advance migration of activities within a controlled manner, following all appropriate governance.
As part of the SPC team you will have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills, from Change Management and Business Transformation to Contract Management and Third Party Governance and Control.
You will need to influence to deliver change and build inter-personal relationships with a broad range of both internal and external stakeholders, which are all skills that easily transfer across to a number of roles within the Banking industry and beyond.

- Managing large operations' contracts with global third party outsourced service and consultancy providers
- Delivering customer service excellence through our strategic partners and support to Santander business units, such as Everyday Banking, Homes, Corporate and Commercial Bank and others
- Reporting and evidencing third party service performance, governance and control
- Ensuring strong relations are fostered between Santander and our strategic partners, building a 'One Team' ethos with shared values, vision and objectives in place

What else you need to know.
Working hours are full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday during core business hours.
You will be expected to attend the Bradford office, or another head office location if agreed by the line manager, three days per week and the Bradford office for monthly team meetings.
