Teqniq is currently looking for a Property Compliance Officer to join their team in the public sector.

  • Hours: 37 hours per week
  • Contract: 3 months
  • Working hours: 09:00-17:30

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fire safety and various statutory compliance checks for the Authority's housing stock
  • Tasks include fire risk assessments, fire door inspections, fire strategic plans, PEEPS, fire alarm testing, engaging with residents on fire-related matters, legionella risk assessments, Emergency light inspections, and other Health and Safety checks

You will mainly be visiting residents in their homes or blocks, so being comfortable with independent work and having excellent customer service skills is crucial.

Note: This role involves driving, hence possessing a full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle are mandatory.
