Job Title:
Office Secretary

Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical and administrative duties in the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and organise meetings
  • Computerise data entry tasks accurately
  • Assist with general office tasks as needed
- scanning ,photocopying and filing
- drafting letters for companies house and HMRC
- filing forms with companies house

Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Pay:
£11.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours:
