Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical and administrative duties in the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Manage schedules, appointments, and organise meetings
- Computerise data entry tasks accurately
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
- drafting letters for companies house and HMRC
- filing forms with companies house
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Pay:
£11.50-£15.00 per hour
