The role
The purpose of this role is to coordinate the daily activities of M&Y's field workforce.

In doing so, providing a high quality, customer focused maintenance service, that ensures compliance with relevant safety and building legislation.


The right fit

  • Experience of using Orchard Housing, DRS and/or Agile365 is
    required:
  • Experience working within Housing is
    preferred:
  • Experience of working alone and flexibly as part of a team
  • Technical knowledge associated with Gas and Electrical cyclical servicing and repairs
    preferred:
  • Organisational and planning skills and ability to prioritise workloads
  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment, with excellent telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
