We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician - Electrical Specialist to join our team at NHS Property Services. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical maintenance services to our healthcare properties across England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and wellbeing policies, technical guidance, and statutory regulations.
  • Maintenance Services: Deliver scheduled, reactive, and remedial maintenance services as directed by the PPM planner, helpdesk, or technical services supervisor.
  • Fault Finding and Repair: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, including fault finding, minor repairs, and installations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate technical information to various stakeholders, including colleagues and customers.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold a relevant electrical qualification, such as BTEC City & Guilds, NVQ, or formal apprenticeship.
  • Experience: Possess experience working in commercial and industrial settings, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and maintenance practices.
  • Skills: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Additional Requirements: Hold a driving license, be comfortable using technological devices, and have on-call availability.
