East Kent Colleges Group is seeking to recruit a Group Head of Business Development.

This brand-new role will see you working closely with the Chief Business Officer, building on the excellent foundations we have with businesses in East Kent.

A key aspect to the role will be to further develop and enhance our relationships with employers, realising the potential of our existing strategic partnerships with the largest employers in the region, as well as supporting small and medium sized businesses to grow and recruit the right people to drive their business forward.

Using your expert knowledge, research, and employer links, you will lead employer training needs analysis activities utilising a variety of tools, to develop training plans for employers, identifying their training priorities, and creating opportunities for the Group to develop new programmes and services.

You will also be responsible for building and developing effective relationships with employers through the adoption of key account management practices, reinforcing our position as their educational provider of choice.
