The Q2 Signature Group Ltd have a huge opportunity for an experienced Care Co-ordinator to join us in our mission to change the stigma around the expectation of what the role of a Care Co-ordinator can be and that they must give up their life for the role.


Quick2Care Ltd, who is part of the Q2 Signature Group, works in partnership with Accolade Home Care Ltd, a domiciliary care company that intends to set the standard in what home care should feel like.

You will be in a one-of-a-kind, hybrid position, whereby you are responsible for carrying out care assessments with potential customers and then supporting the placement of staff.

Your goal will be to support the development of this partnership and deliver the highest standards and work ethic.

The role DOES NOT require you to go out and cover care calls, it requires you to grow a portfolio of care customers who are receiving support be that companionship or personal care from dedicated people.


You must have a can-do attitude, if excuses are your fall back then you will not be the right fit for us.

  • Carry out assessments with potential new customers and agree appropriate care package/s.
  • Ensure the care team have appropriate placements allocated and any gaps in schedules are filled with an appropriate carer as soon as possible.
  • Ensure schedules and care packages are covered, ensuring hours and shift patterns are always correct.
  • Involvement in setting up of new packages including set up and coordination of introduction meetings, initial rotas etc.
  • Maintaining compliance, training and support of staff.
  • General oversight of the care delivery team, including managing availability or contractual changes, annual leave requests, other relevant HR issues and ensuring leavers are processed in line with company procedure.
  • Provide operational support in relation to complaints, staff grievances and disciplinary issues where appropriate.
  • Support the Recruitment team by:
  • Actively participating in regular recruitment meetings to establish exact recruitment requirements.
  • Interviewing and inducting new care staff.
  • Monitoring compliance status of care delivery team and requesting appropriate documentation or training courses in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring the onboarding of new staff is carried out fully and robustly.
  • Supporting the wider operational requirements of Quick2Care Ltd where needed.
  • Work to meet group Targets.
  • Oncall support on an ad hoc basis as required by the business but not to deliver care.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the business.
  • Always represent the Group in a professional and skilled manner.

Skills and requirements.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Care Coordinator role.
  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards this.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Clear eye for detail.
  • High team ethic.
  • Flexible.
  • Knowledge of CQC.
  • Organised.
  • Ability to work to targets.
  • Driver with own car is essential.
