Training Required:

HCA: Mandatory Training as per Care Hires compliance, Dementia Awareness for clinical staff.

Senior Healthcare Assistant: NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
-
Nurse: Qualified Nurse, Syringe Driving (Desirable), PEG Feeding (Desirable).

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Assist with daily living activities.
  • Inform physician of any relevant changes in a patient's condition or needs.
  • Collect and record vital signs, such as temperature or blood pressure.
  • Document medical information in patient charts, such as medical history, medications, allergies and reactions to medications.
  • Provide emotional support for patients and families.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Salary:
£13.00-£34.00 per hour
