The role is providing 1st line support to end-users via phone, email, and in person.It would suits someone with experience in a similar role using Microsoft technology, who has skills in troubleshooting hardware and software, and dealing with network-related issues.
As the client are investing a lot in growing their IT function currently, this role can offer great growth opportunities for motivated candidates; Responsibilities for the Graduate ITSupport Analyst:
Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office 365, and other Microsoft products.
Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware components.
Collaborate with second line support technicians to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Document support activities, solutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and certifications to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements for the Graduate IT
Support Analyst:
Commercial experience in a similar role (Desirable but not essential).
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, and Active Directory.
Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
IT related degree (desirable).
