We are recruiting for a Clinical Support Worker - Hertford County Hospital who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
Based in clinic setting you will work closely with the department / ward manager and multi-disciplinary team members in monitoring and maintaining policies, standards of nursing care, staff and service development within the trusts Outpatient Clinics, Minor operations procedures areas.
To work as an integral member of the Outpatient Team providing a quality service linked to high standards of patient care.
To participate in a range of patient care activities within a variety of contexts, dependent on the level of training, experience and acquired competencies.
It is anticipated that the responsibilities outlined in this job description will be achieved with the appropriate ongoing support and development associated with annual appraisal and assessment against the KSF Profile for this bandAt the direction of the Registered Nurse participate fully in the delivery
of planned nursing care
Work collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of
patients and their families.
Provide escort and transfer for patients, with low dependency, as
