About the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort


We are looking for an Accessibility Experience Assistant to join our AWESOME team at the UK's favourite children's theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.

The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12.

The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick.

This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.


Reporting to the Resort Experience Manager, Accessibility Experience Assistants are responsible for supporting guests who may have specific needs or disabilities throughout their journey, from pre-visit enquiries, on-Resort experience and post-visit feedback.


About the role of Accessibility Experience Assistant- Meet customers face to face to provide information and support throughout their visit, acting as a key point of contact for their day

  • To ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently and are handled empathetically, professionally and in line with the values and beliefs of the Company

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in assisting customers with disabilities
  • Be able to clearly communicate to our guests and with fellow colleagues
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and maintain a high attention to detail
  • Be a strong team player with an upbeat and approachable persona
  • Be an organised individual who has excellent time management skills and can be flexible to changing priorities and demands
