**What the role entails:
- **•Convincing prospective clients that Dawsons is the right one to handle their sale

  • Maintain and develop a computerised client and prospect database
  • Maintain and develop existing and new clients through planned individual reviews
  • Advising clients on database of new properties on the market
  • Making appointments and accompanying buyers around properties
  • Finding buyers in a position to proceed with a purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
  • Helping and advising buyers to decide what they want to buy
  • Marketing and promoting properties for sale
  • Measure-up and photograph properties, discussing with the sellers about their property and special features
  • Representing sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers
  • Keeping up to date with local trends in the residential market
  • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
