- **Minimum 1 year's experience in the property sales industry.**

**What the role entails:

- **

1. Convincing prospective clients that Dawsons is the right one to handle their sale

2. Maintain and develop a computerised client and prospect database

3. Maintain and develop existing and new clients through planned individual reviews

4. Advising clients on database of new properties on the market

5. Making appointments and accompanying buyers around properties

6. Finding buyers in a position to proceed with a purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price

7. Helping and advising buyers to decide what they want to buy

8. Marketing and promoting properties for sale

9. Measure-up and photograph properties, discussing with the sellers about their property and special features

10. Representing sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers

11. Keeping up to date with local trends in the residential market

12. Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills

**Requirements**:
Full clean driving licence.

Smart appearance, well spoken and articulate.#

Hours: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm - Monday to Friday

One in 4 Saturdays 9.00 am to 4.00 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
